Whether it is your first move or fifteenth, a few boxes or the whole house, to the next building or another continent, Trans Dragon is with you from start to finish. Beginning with a pre-move survey in your home with one of our experienced and multi-lingual consultants (or by remote video survey if that is your preference), we will take the time to ensure that we fully understand your requirements. Each move is unique and at Trans Dragon we pride ourselves on offering the flexibility and expertise to tailor each individual move appropriately. The details from your pre-move survey are processed through our industry-leading software system to ensure that all of the information is communicated correctly to the packing team.
 
On moving day, we will provide you with all the guidance that you need for a successful pack. Our experienced crews are led by English-speaking supervisors who will ensure that your items are treated with care and professionalism. At Trans Dragon our packing teams are trained to the highest industry standards and are always aware that the items they are protecting and moving are personal to you. Specialist packing materials will be provided to ensure that each item has the best protection possible for the journey ahead.
 
Once your items have been cleared by customs in China, Trans Dragon will ensure that you are updated regularly on the status of your shipment and provide tracking details if required. Well before your shipment arrives at your destination, someone from our network of trusted and experienced partners will be in touch with you to ensure that you are aware of the requirements and regulations for importing your shipment. As an independent moving company, we are not obligated to work with any particular partner at destination which means that we are able to choose the moving company that can best meet your requirements. Although our partner will take care of your delivery directly, your Trans Dragon move manager will always be on hand to ensure that everything goes smoothly.
